As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a passionate and experienced International IGCSE and A Level English Language Teacher to join our dedicated team.


Position Overview: We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic English Language Teacher to inspire and guide students through the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and Advanced Level (A Level) English Language curriculum. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing students' language skills, fostering a love for learning in depth, and preparing them for academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that align with the IGCSE and A Level English Language curriculum.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students.
  • Foster a passion for English language, encouraging critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall English Language program and contribute to a positive school culture.
  • Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in English language teaching.
  • Assist in administrative duties and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Teaching qualification/certification.
  • Proven experience teaching International GCSE and A Level English Language.
  • Familiarity with assessment practices related to IGCSE and A Level qualifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
